The Housing and Community Development Specialist evaluates affordable housing applications for the Board, makes recommendations for action, maintains a strong relationship with other funders and with developers, and participates in the development and refinement of VHCB’s affordable housing related policies. The Specialist underwrites multi-family housing applications, supports project closings, engages in organizational and project monitoring, aids in policy development and implementation, and more.
