2025 Impact Reports: VHCB, Farm & Forest Viability, and AmeriCorps

Building homes, conserving lands, strengthening communities. Here’s what we accomplished together.

Each year, VHCB and our affiliated programs publish reports on the work accomplished across housing, land conservation, working lands, and community service. This page brings together the 2025 reports from VHCB, the Vermont Farm & Forest Viability Program, and VHCB AmeriCorps.

VHCB · 2025 Annual Report

In FY2025, VHCB invested $106.5 million across Vermont in housing, land conservation, working lands, and clean water. The report documents the projects, partnerships, and communities behind that investment — and why the work matters now more than ever.

From a former motel turned into homes for 42 families in Barre, to conserved farmland supporting Vermont’s sweet potato capital in Pawlet, to 8,000 hours of career technical training that becomes both housing and jobs — the 2025 Annual Report tells the story of what investment and partnership returns across the state.
